Platform overview
Phlebotomy Software is not an appointment calendar with medical words pasted over it. It is a complete system for taking bookings, pricing travel, dispatching staff, collecting payment and understanding your business — with each company kept in its own isolated account.
Three pillars
Each pillar has its own page with the detail behind it.
Branded booking page, service catalog, availability rules, intake forms, calendar, reminders and rebooking.
Open
Today's board, assignment, staff roles and permissions, territories, service areas and the phlebotomist field view.
Open
Patient payments, travel fees, patient records, reporting, platform subscription and pricing.

Capabilities
Grouped the way an owner actually thinks about the business.
Register the company, then work through guided setup: business name, logo, contact details, timezone, hours, service areas, travel rules, cancellation policy, tax settings, notification preferences and booking settings.
Build services such as routine blood draw, specialty kit draw, specimen pickup, employer services or your own custom offerings. Each carries its own price, duration, instructions, intake questions, preparation notes, availability rules and travel settings.
A public page under your own branding showing your services, service area, availability and policies. Patients pick a service, enter their location, choose a time, complete intake, upload permitted documents, accept policies and pay where payment is required.
Business hours, blocked dates, appointment buffers, same-day rules, minimum lead times and individual staff availability all feed the times patients are actually offered.
Define coverage by ZIP code, city, county, radius or named zone, then attach flat travel fees, mileage-based rules, zone-based fees or included travel areas so pricing is applied at booking rather than argued about later.
Calendar and list views covering requested, confirmed, assigned, en route, arrived, completed, canceled, rescheduled and no-show. Create appointments manually alongside patient self-booking.
Assign appointments to specific phlebotomists and see the day's workload, coverage by zone and anything still sitting unassigned.
Invite phlebotomists and office staff, set roles and permissions, control availability, define territories and review assigned schedules.
Field users see only what they are authorised to see: their assigned appointments, the patient address, instructions, contact options, a navigation link, status controls and the relevant intake details.
Patient records that belong to your business alone, with contact details, appointment history, notes and one-click rebooking.
Configure questions per service and collect the answers before the visit. Controlled upload and storage for lab orders, requisitions and other permitted appointment documents.
Connect your own payment account so patient payments belong to your business. Supports prepaid appointments, deposits, optional pay-later services, refunds where permitted and payment status tracking.
Automated booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, payment confirmations and staff assignment notifications by email, with SMS planned.
Rebook a completed patient in a few clicks, with automated rebooking reminders planned for businesses running recurring draws.
Appointment volume, revenue, service performance, cancellation and no-show information, staff workload and other operating metrics for your tenant only.
Planned, not yet available: SMS notifications, automated rebooking campaigns, advanced routing and B2B client accounts for recurring organisational clients such as physician offices, home health agencies, treatment programs, employers and research organisations. See the build phases for where each sits.
Onboarding
A structured flow, so you are not left staring at a blank dashboard wondering what to configure first.
Create the company account. This becomes your tenant — your own workspace, separate from every other business on the platform.
Logo, contact details, timezone, business hours, cancellation policy, tax settings and notification preferences.
Define what you offer, how long each takes, what it costs and what the patient needs to know beforehand.
Choose coverage by ZIP, city, county, radius or zone, then set the travel rules that apply to each.
Add phlebotomists and office staff with the right role, availability and territory.
Your branded booking page goes live. Put the link on your website, Google Business Profile, texts, social posts or a QR code.
Product tour
Interface mockups. Names, figures and businesses shown are samples.
The morning view: what is booked today, what still has no phlebotomist attached, who is on shift, and how the week is tracking.
Week, day and month views colour-coded by phlebotomist, with blocked time, buffers and booking rules visible rather than hidden in settings.
Volume over time, which services carry the business, how work is spread across staff, and why appointments fall through.
Roles & permissions
Permissions are defined deliberately rather than handing every user the keys. The table below shows the intended default model for roles inside a tenant business.

Separation by design
The most important requirement of the platform is that businesses never bleed into each other. Every record belongs to exactly one tenant, and access is checked against that tenant before anything is returned.
Why not a generic scheduler
A salon calendar assumes the customer comes to you. Mobile work reverses that, so location, coverage and drive time have to be part of the booking itself — not a note in a comment box.
Distance changes the economics of every job. Travel rules belong in the system, applied at booking, not calculated in your head after the patient has already been quoted.
Fasting windows, kits, requisitions and access instructions decide whether a visit succeeds. Intake needs to happen before the van leaves, not on the doorstep.
Assignment, territory and field status are core to the day. A calendar that cannot answer "who is covering this" is not running your operation.
Each business needs its own branded patient experience while the platform stays in the background. Your patients should see you, not us.
Booking, calendar, payments, intake, reminders, dispatch, staff schedules, patient history and reporting were never meant to live in separate apps that do not talk.
Your business pays one subscription to use the platform. What your patients pay you is separate and settles to your own account.
