About us

We are building the system mobile phlebotomy has been missing

Phlebotomy Software exists for one reason: the people running mobile draw businesses deserve software built around their work, instead of a generic booking tool with the vocabulary changed.

Why this exists

Look closely at how a mobile phlebotomy business actually runs and you find the same picture over and over. A calendar app holding appointments. A payment app holding money. A notes app holding patient details. A group text holding assignments. A spreadsheet holding whatever is left. None of them know about each other, and the owner is the integration layer — usually while holding a tourniquet.

Generic scheduling software cannot fix that, because it was built on an assumption that does not hold here: that the customer comes to you. In mobile phlebotomy the appointment has an address, distance changes the economics, preparation decides whether the visit succeeds at all, and somebody has to be dispatched. Those are not edge cases to be handled in a comment box. They are the job.

So we are building the other thing: one platform where booking, scheduling, dispatch, service areas, travel pricing, intake, patient history, payments and reporting are the same system, and where every business runs in its own isolated account with its own branded patient experience.

What we believe

The decisions we are not going to compromise on

Purpose-built, not repurposed

Scheduling here has to understand service areas, travel, staff assignment, patient addresses, preparation instructions, intake and field workflows. If a feature only makes sense for a salon, it does not belong.

Tenant isolation is the foundation

Every business gets its own account, and one company can never reach another company's patients, appointments, staff, payments, documents, reports or settings. This is the first requirement, not a later hardening pass.

Your brand in front, ours behind

Patients should experience your business. Your booking page carries your name, your services, your policies and your pricing — we stay in the infrastructure where we belong.

Your revenue is yours

Patient payments settle to your own connected account. What you pay us is a subscription for the software, and the two are kept clearly apart.

Permissions on purpose

Not everyone in a business needs to see everything. Owners, coordinators and phlebotomists get access scoped to the job they are doing.

No invented proof

We will not publish testimonials, case studies, statistics or customer counts that do not exist. Until real users give us real feedback, we will show you the product and let it argue for itself.

How we are building it

In phases, in the open

A platform this broad does not arrive finished. Here is the order of work, so you can judge for yourself where it currently stands.

  1. Phase 1 — Foundations

Architecture, branding, the public marketing site, authentication, business account registration and tenant onboarding.

  2. Phase 2 — Booking

Tenant settings, services, availability, service areas, branded booking pages and appointment management.

  3. Phase 3 — Operations

Staff management, assignment and dispatch, patient management, intake forms and payment integration.

  4. Phase 4 — Business layer

Notifications, reporting, subscriptions and platform billing, administrative controls, security and audit features.

  5. Phase 5 — Depth

Advanced routing, B2B client accounts, rebooking automation, deeper reporting and whatever real customers tell us matters most.

  6. Private beta first

A private beta runs before paid subscriptions are marketed widely. We would rather be useful to a few businesses than loud to many.

Who we build for

Independent operators first

The person buying the software is usually the owner or the operations manager. Their staff and their patients use entirely different parts of the platform, and each is designed for the person actually holding the phone.

Independent phlebotomists

Owner-operators who are the phlebotomist, the scheduler and the billing department at once.

Multi-staff companies

Businesses coordinating several phlebotomists across territories.

Specimen collection services

Teams running pickups, kit draws and scheduled collection work.

Mobile lab businesses

Growing operations that have outgrown a shared calendar and a payment app.

Worth stating plainly

What Phlebotomy Software is not

  • We are not a phlebotomy service. We do not perform blood draws, employ phlebotomists for patient visits, or operate a collection business. Patients book with the independent business whose booking page they are using.
  • We do not provide medical, laboratory or clinical advice. Clinical decisions, procedures and instructions are entirely the responsibility of the business using the software.
  • We are not a marketplace. We do not send you patients, take a share of your bookings, or list your business alongside competitors.
  • We are not a patient portal. Patients interact with your booking page. They do not get accounts inside your dashboard.

Come and break it early

If you run a mobile phlebotomy business and something here does not match how you work, that is exactly what we want to hear before the software hardens around the wrong assumptions.
